Vaughan Dugan is a dynamic restaurateur and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building successful hospitality brands. Known for his innovative approach, Vaughan co-founded Pizza Fusion, one of the first eco-friendly restaurant chains in the U.S., where hybrid car deliveries and compostable packaging set new industry standards. Under his leadership, the chain grew to 50 franchises, proving that profitability and sustainability can go hand in hand. Vaughan later co-founded Kapow Noodle Bar, which expanded to three locations with more in the pipeline. His ventures, including El Segundo and Penelope, continue to set benchmarks for blending great food with lively atmospheres. In addition to his restaurant success, Vaughan co-founded Dugan & Dame, offering hand-crafted tonics and garnishes, and launched Kula Cares, a nonprofit helping teachers get classroom supplies.
