Tom has two decades of experience as a bakery owner plus more than 27 years of Technical Sales experience at General Mills. This gives him a unique perspective to help solve customer’s challenges with dough. Tom has seen most issues that an operation can have with dough and is often called on to help pizzerias solve their crust catastrophes. Tom’s experience and wealth of knowledge has earned him the exclusive title of “Doughminator” at General Mills.
