Session Details:  One of the biggest issues managers and owners have in the hospitality industry, is getting staff to care about their “job” and not treating it as a temporary “gig”.  How do you get your staff to respect you and your establishment, so that they genuinely care about their job?  This seminar focuses on how managers and owners can build a culture within their venue, with a focus on how to get your staff to understand the importance of treating everything you do as a “job”, and how to handle each “job” as you build a career for yourself along any path you may choose in order to pursue your passions.
